RBI Recruitment 2016 Notification :

Reserve Bank Of India has recently issued an official notification regarding recruitments for different posts. There are 643 vacancies of which 98 are for officers (B) Grade, 525 openings are for Assistant posts, and 20 openings are for position of security guards. These vacancies are based in different places in India. Eligibility Criteria :-

Age Limit as per posts :-

•    Officers: individuals applying for this position should be in the age group of 21 years to 30 years.
•    Assistant: Individuals applying for this position should be in the age group of 21 years to 28 years
•    Security guards: applicants for this position should be in the age group of 21 years to 25 years.

Educational Qualification as per vacancies :-

•    Officers: Candidates should possess a first class Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 60% marks as aggregate score or a second-class Master’s Degree with minimum of 55% marks as aggregate score or a Doctorate Degree with minimum of 50% marks as an aggregate score.
•    Assistant: Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks. SC/ST/OBC candidates can apply even if they have pass class.  Candidate must have adequate computer knowledge.  Candidates should be proficient in the local language.
•    Security Guard: candidate must have cleared his matriculation. Please note that only under graduates can apply for this position.

Selection Process :- 

•    Officers: selection will be on basis of written exam and personal interview
•    Assistants: selection will be on basis of written exam and personal interview
•    Security guards: Selection will be based on interview.

Application Process
 

Security Guards: applicants must send their applications in the format prescribed in official notification. They and should attach attested photocopies of address proof, id proof, age proof, caste certificate, educational certificates, two passport size photographs and two self addressed envelopes. All the enclosure must be sent to Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Human Resource Management Department, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Kanpur, and Uttar Pradesh-208001 on or before 17-06-2016.

Officers  & Assistants:- applicants should log on to the official website for applying online. They need to keep scanned images of their photograph and signature handy while applying. They must complete the application details and pay the prescribed application fee through net banking, debit card, credit card or by downloading the payment challan and paying through CBS mode at any branches of Bank of Baroda/ Bank of India/ Bank of Maharashtra/ Indian Overseas Bank/ Central Bank of India/ Punjab National Bank/ United Bank of India.
